How to Backup a DVD to MP4

You need Handbrake and libdvdcss from vlan.

Handbrake can be found here: https://github.com/HandBrake/HandBrake/releases

The library can be found here: https://download.videolan.org/libdvdcss/1.2.11/

1. First install Handbrake
2. Copy the libdvdcss.dll to the Handbrake installation path root directory
3. Use handbrake, the GUI should be easy enough to use.
